Early product strategy and prototyping for pharmaceutical patient support, exploring how enterprise data, automated workflows, and human teams could work together across a complex access journey.
A patient–clinician matching platform built around care preferences and communication styles. I led product vision and discovery, secured $6M in internal venture funding, and worked across clinical, design, engineering, and legal teams.
Digital acquisition for individual and family ACA plans. I owned the product roadmap, experimentation, and performance analytics for uhc.com/aca, with a focus on the application experience and eligibility and subsidy pathways.
Making digital care work better for clinicians and patients. My work focused on intake, documentation, follow-up, and the handoffs that connect a virtual visit to the rest of a person’s care.
